Profile:
I run sessions on zoom on Monday evenings 6 to 7pm join on from 5.45 pm and Friday afternoons 5 to 6 pm join on from 4.50 pm. During my sessions we use Flex bands to help strengthen and tone our bodies. I include an upper body workout. The aim is to: strengthen, tone muscles, stretch, flex, improve core strength, improve posture and breathing, increase oxygen to our cells, tissues and body systems to help improve wellbeing. We also have a visualisation during stretches to leave us feeling positive and well at the end of the session.
