We specialise in growing heritage wheat varieties and transforming them into a range of products, including wholemeal and rustic white flours, as well as pasta. We are constantly exploring new grain varieties that thrive in Cornwall or originate from the South West.

Our farming follows minimal-input, chemical-free principles, ensuring that our crops are as natural as possible. The final products are clean, unbleached, and unfortified—just as nature intended.

We deliver throughout the county, and we can also ship internationally, with additional charges applying for overseas orders.
